Vistra Energy will utilize Grid4C's AI-powered smart meter analytics to launch a suite of new service offerings to help customers lower energy costs this summer. By utilizing smart meter data to identify poorly operating A/C units, Vistra will provide customers with custom estimates of potential energy savings from an AC tune-up and will treat eligible Texas customers to a free professional A/C tune-up and cleaning. Customers will be connected with a trusted partner to help them prepare their air conditioners for the summer heat and avoid high bills or ill-timed breakdowns. The offering will enable customers to save up to 30% on summer cooling costs with a properly functioning A/C system.
