Think Energy by ENGIE Selects Grid4C as AI Machine Learning Provider to Enhance Smart Thermostat Offering

New high value offering delivered by Think Energy will leverage Grid4C’s AI machine learning insights in an advanced mobile app that will optimize smart thermostat efficiency settings, predict and detect home appliance faults, and simulate impacts to energy bills in real time

AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Grid4C, recently ranked the #1 Predictive Analytics vendor by GTM Research, announced today it has been selected by ENGIE to enhance its Think Energy business’ smart thermostat offering for residential customers in competitive electricity markets. Think Energy will offer advanced machine learning insights through its own Think Energy branded app, which will give customers the ability to optimize their smart thermostat efficiency settings, be alerted to inefficiencies and faults with their home appliances, and see the impact to their energy bills in real time from any changes they make to their thermostat settings. “Grid4C impressed us by reliably delivering the most sophisticated machine learning insights to enable valuable services in our customer programs,” said Joel Elkins, Vice President of R&D and Product Development with Think Energy.
